As we head towards the end of 2021, we’ve been reflecting on the events we’ve attended, what challenges our clients have faced and how we’ve been able to help them through those. Perhaps some of the challenges may sound familiar to you and your business?

Staff working from home

Faced with continued working from home, clients have been concerned about the increased risk of cyber-attacks. We’ve worked with a number of clients to make sure that their customer, staff and sensitive business data is protected from cyber-attacks. Home working has also created challenges for clients around IT equipment and telephone requirements.

Storage and bandwidth

With an ever-increasing reliance on online, businesses have to ensure they have enough bandwidth to support their growing business. Do they have enough storage for all of the files and emails they have to store? We tell our clients that it’s always better to have more storage than you need. And we continue to work with them as their business grows.

One of our clients, Mark, runs a financial services business and he said:

Seeing businesses face-to-face

It has been brilliant to go to face-to-face events again. Talking to business owners about the challenges they’re facing and how IT can help support them has been great. And attending the Digital Transformation 360 Expo, at London’s Excel centre was fabulous. The event aims to guide both big and small businesses through successful digital transformation. Events like this are a great way to meet our peers and you really can’t replicate that virtually.

We’re certainly looking forward to more local and industry events in 2022. And we’ll continue to support clients with our IT health checks, training and more.
